Echoes
Every gear modifier line confirmed to exist in the game's own data, 135 of them, organized by category, now tagged with which gear slot each one can actually roll on. Plus a searchable gear database: all 477 pieces of equipment from the wiki's item database, with real stat ranges and echo slot counts, and a level-based calculator for your odds of rolling extra lines. The one thing still missing is per-echo value ranges by tier. Read the note below before relying on this page for build planning.
Unfortunately most of this data isn't client-side, so I don't have access to it myself. The closest thing to real numbers out there (right now) are two community spreadsheets people have been filling in by hand: Equipment Echoes w/ Calamity Gem by Flim (which echo can land on which slot), and Echo Line Probs Percent by Rajah (your odds of rolling 1–5 lines, by level). Big thanks to both of them - their numbers are now pulled straight into the slot tags below and the odds calculator further down. Exact per-tier value ranges (what a Pink vs. a White roll actually looks like) still aren't in either sheet, so that part's still a guess-free zone.
One more heads up: the list below is every modifier line the game knows how to display, not a curated "these are the gear ones" list. A few of the entries (the Dungeon/Difficulty group, plus a couple of heal and buff-tick lines under Sustain) are probably meant for potions or dungeon settings rather than actual gear - I left them in and just flagged them rather than guessing and cutting them. Flim's tracker actually backs part of that up: Pierce and the extra Buff Slot line never light up on any gear slot in their data either, so those two are marked "not on gear" below instead of just flagged.

Souls used in this guide
| Energizing Soul | Adds and rerolls the 1st and 2nd line of an item. |
| Ambitious Soul | Adds and rerolls the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th line of an item. |
| Transcendent Soul | Adds and rerolls the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th line of an item. |
| Eternal Soul | Locks a specified line for 5 rerolls. (If a Turbulent Soul hits the locked line 5 times, or you reroll it, the lock breaks.) |
| Turbulent Soul | Randomizes a random Echo line's stat value. That value is what determines whether the line goes pink. |
| Transivitive Soul | Transfers all Echo lines and their color brackets to a new piece of gear - Pink is the top 80–100% of a stat's possible value, and it carries over as Pink on the new item too. |
Phase 1 - remove bad lines from the pool
Start by trying to remove as many undesirable lines from the pool as possible before you commit to a 5th line.
- Energizing Soul → fish for 2 bad lines.
- Ambitious Soul → hope for 2 more bad lines. If what comes up isn't bad, keep tapping Ambitious Soul until you've collected 4 bad lines total, then proceed.
- Transcendent Soul → add the 5th line. Having already pushed 4 bad lines out of the pool gives you better odds of hitting the line you actually want on the first try.
Phase 2 - lock in the 5th line
- If Phase 1 didn't land your desired line, keep using Transcendent Soul until it does. Even if the stat value rolls bad, keep the line.
- Once you have the line you want: if the value is bad, spam Turbulent Soul until it goes Pink. (If you're rich and don't mind burning resources, you can instead keep re-rolling with Transcendent Soul until you get both the right line and a good value at once - not recommended for most players.)
Phase 3 - build the 3rd / 4th lines
At this point you should have your desired 5th line locked in with a Pink stat. Now work on the 3rd and 4th slots:
- Ambitious Soul → look for your desired line in the 3rd or 4th slot with a Pink stat.
- Eternal Soul → lock in that Pink stat once you hit it.
- Ambitious Soul (repeatedly) → look for your next desired line, also at Pink.
- Repeat until both the 3rd and 4th lines are your desired stat at Pink value.
Phase 4 - build the 1st / 2nd lines
By now the 3rd, 4th, and 5th lines should all be your desired stats at Pink. Repeat the same process on the 1st and 2nd slots, using Energizing Soul in place of Ambitious Soul (since Energizing only touches lines 1–2) and Eternal Soul to lock in each Pink hit as you land it.
Final result
After spending a large number of Soul Crystals, you should end up with a full 5-Pink-Line piece of equipment - or something very close to it.
Don't spam Turbulent Soul after securing the 5th line - Eternal Soul locks are limited to 2 per item, so Phases 3 and 4 above only give you two real shots at locking a Pink value in. Plan which two lines matter most to you before you start spending.

Equipment slots that roll Echoes
Which of the 135 lines below can land on which slot, straight from Flim's cell-by-cell tracker. Click a slot to see its actual line list. Anything not confirmed for a slot in Flim's data just isn't shown there - that's a gap in the tracker, not proof the line can't roll there.
Max 5 Echo lines per item; Dark Items carry at least one level-scaling line - official wiki Equipment page. Slot pool: Flim's community tracker.
Your odds of extra Echo lines, by level
Every item starts with fewer than 5 lines - these are Rajah's recorded odds of a drop coming in with each extra line, by the level of the monster or crafting recipe that made it. Type a level to see your odds.

Gear database - 477 items with real ranges
Pulled straight from the wiki's own equipment database. Weapons and armor show their base stat ranges (the spread a fresh drop can roll); accessories like rings show the full pool of upgrade lines they can roll, with the range on each. Echo slot counts are per item. 31 items also have recorded odds for how many echo lines a drop comes with.
